Responsibilities include:

  • Payroll processing
  • Payment of bills
  • Managing showroom’s apparel
  • Stocking in new and preowned motorcycles
  • Oversee and manage all employee’s time off
  • Assisting other departments when needed

Porter / Facility Manager

Ducati Detroit is looking to add an additional porter to our team. Ducati Detroit is considered one of the company’s flagship stores worldwide and provides a fast-paced, highly productive, and exciting work environment for our employees. We offer competitive wages, ongoing training and certification, and many benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K. Must have Valid Driver’s License. Previous Porter experience appreciated, but not required.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing Pre-Owned inventory
  • Daily roll out of motorcycles
  • Transporting motorcycles to and from storage, customers’ homes, and dealership
  • Assisting in the different departments as necessary
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dealership
  • Cleaning motorcycles (in both service department and showroom)

Sales Associate

Ducati Detroit is looking to add an additional porter to our team. Ducati Detroit is considered one of the company’s flagship stores worldwide and provides a fast-paced, highly productive, and exciting work environment for our employees. Previous Porter experience appreciated, but not required.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Must have motorcycle endorsement and riding experience
  • Be an outgoing, energetic person
  • Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful to the team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Present oneself as a representative of the organization
  • Meet and greet with customers and welcome them into dealership
  • Be aware of the products sold, competition, and how each stacks up against eachother
  • Field phone calls, follow up with potential clients, etc.
