The new Ducati Panigale V2 marks a historic transition in the history of Borgo Panigale twin-cylinder sports bikes. For the first time it does not derive from the larger motorcycle that competes in Superbike and has been designed from scratch, which has resulted in the creation of the lightest ever Panigale. It weighs a good 37.8 lb less than the previous model, inheriting the characteristic sports attitude and track performance of that bike and adding a level of ease, comfort and riding pleasure.

Fast on track, perfected for the road.
During the development tests, the new Panigale V2 proved to be as fast on the track as the previous model. These results were possible thanks to a weight savings of 37 lbs, a light and modern chassis, new ergonomics, a high-torque engine and an ease of riding unknown to the previous V2. On the saddle, the rider is comfortable from the very first corner and can stretch his limits more easily because of a reduced physical effort required.
