The 2025 Ducati Multistrada V2 S builds upon the solid foundation of the V2, incorporating advanced features and technologies to elevate the riding experience. It shares the same reimagined design elements, including the shorter beak, new fairings, and aggressive headlight design, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional benefits. ​

Powered by the same 890cc V2 engine as the standard V2, the Multistrada V2 S delivers 115 hp at 10,750 rpm and 67.9 lb-ft of torque at 8,250 rpm, offering robust performance across various riding conditions. ​

A distinguishing feature of the V2 S is the inclusion of the semi-active Ducati Skyhook Suspension system, which provides electronic compression and rebound damping adjustments. This system enhances ride comfort and adaptability by automatically adjusting to varying road conditions. The Minimum Preload function allows the rear suspension to be lowered at the press of a button, facilitating easier foot placement when stationary. ​
