Return and Exchange Policy

Ducati Detroit accepts returns up to 30 days after date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you store credit or an exchange.

All refunds and returns are issued as store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with receipt.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sale items and helmets cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund for store credit.

If you are approved, then we will get your store credit processed, and an email will be sent to you notifying you of approval. You can choose to have your store credit emailed, texted, or have a physical gift card mailed.

Sale items

All sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. No exceptions.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at DucatiParts@DucatiDetroit.com and send your item to 33828 Woodward Ave., Birmingham MI 48009.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be credited on the store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
