Ducati Detroit Shipping Policy

Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an email confirmation for your order. You will receive a second email notification when your order has shipped. Order processing and shipping times may be affected by, but are not limited to, unforeseen circumstances, weather, power outages, etc.

Shipping Cost:

All orders are processed using a simple flat rate of $15 to anywhere in the United States, and $100 for outside of the United States. Some exceptions apply and will be handled on a case-by-base basis.

Local Delivery:

No local delivery options are available. Please visit us in store.

In-Store Pickup:

Please do not use the Ducati Detroit online store for in-store pickups. Quantities for items are regularly updated and ought be indicative of quantities on hand in-store. Please visit us in store.

International Shipping:

All international orders are processed using a simple flat rate of $100. However, orders may be cancelled or rejected if the situation does not make fiscal sense. For example, sending a large, full exhaust system outside of the US may simply be too expensive, and thus the order may be rejected.

Order Status:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Ducati Detroit. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available, at which time you will receive a second email notification.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

Ducati Detroit does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure you are only shipping to a residential or commercial address.
