New Helmet Just Dropped!
Arai D-Rider V2 delivers big on both performance and style. It’s unmistakably Ducati without being loud about it. Clean lines, premium finish, and a fit that feels like it was custom-made.
What we love:
Lightweight but also confidence-inspiring solid build — thanks to Arai’s exclusive multi-layer fiber shell.
The VAS visor system gives a super wide field of view — perfect for carving corners or lane-splitting in the city.
Facial Contour System makes it surprisingly easy to put on/take off while still feeling secure at speed.
Interior is comfy, breathable, and washable — huge bonus for long rides and hot days.
Long post alert!
I (Andy, your favorite DD social media manager) borrowed a 2025 Ducati Scrambler this weekend and had an absolute blast discovering/rediscovering all of the coffee shops, restaurants and landmarks around Detroit. It’s one of those bikes that makes the simple act of riding feel joyful, no matter the destination.
In a world dominated by Panigales and Multistradas, the Scrambler is often overlooked, seen as Ducati’s “cute retro” offering rather than a serious machine. But riding it around the city, it’s clear the Scrambler is exactly what many riders actually need: light, approachable, and genuinely fun, with just enough Ducati personality to keep you engaged at every stoplight.
After a quick stop at the beach on Belle Isle, I was inspired to throw on The Beach Boys, a perfect soundtrack for a warm day riding the Scrambler Icon. It was one of those moments where the soundtrack, the warm breeze, and the easy-going nature of the bike all lined up perfectly.
It’s also surprisingly versatile. The upright position, manageable weight, and comfortable ergonomics make it perfect for novice riders, yet there’s enough character and cornering capability to keep advanced riders entertained when you decide to take the long way home or hit a stretch of twisty roads outside the city.
It’s easy to see why the Scrambler has quietly built a loyal following. It’s a bike that lets you be present in the ride, whether you’re weaving through Eastern Market traffic, cruising down Jefferson at sunset, or just sitting by the water with a coffee, without demanding you ride at 9/10ths to enjoy it.
Sometimes the best Ducati isn’t the fastest or most technologically advanced—it’s the one that reminds you why you fell in love with riding in the first place. If you’ve never given the Scrambler a chance, no matter the reason, I recommend you reconsider. Stop by @ducatidetroit today and take a test ride. I guarantee you’ll come back with a smile on your face.

Meet Wolf – part client, part legend, part unofficial staff member.
He’s picked up his sixth Ducati this year (yes, SIX), and we’re starting to think he might be trying to collect the whole lineup.
He even hops behind the counter to help Joe in the parts department like he’s clocked in. We’re not saying he runs the place… but we’re not not saying it either. 😎
Wolf, you’re a force of nature—and we love having you around!
