2025 Ducati Multistrada V2
The 2025 Ducati Multistrada V2 is designed to offer a perfect balance of performance and comfort, making it ideal for both urban commutes and long-distance journeys. Its completely reimagined design emphasizes dynamism and lightness, featuring a shorter, more integrated beak and new fairings that enhance aerodynamics and thermal comfort. The headlight design, inspired by the Multistrada V4 and Panigale models, provides a more aggressive look and improved visibility.
At the heart of the Multistrada V2 is Ducati’s new V2 engine, a 90° V-twin with a displacement of 890cc, delivering 115 hp at 10,750 rpm and 67.9 lb-ft of torque at 8,250 rpm. The engine’s design focuses on providing sustained torque delivery across low and mid-range revs, with more than 70% of maximum torque available at 3,500 rpm. A larger flywheel enhances riding comfort by ensuring a smoother throttle response, particularly beneficial during touring or in traffic conditions.
The chassis has been completely revised, featuring an aluminum monocoque frame that contributes to reduced weight and improved agility. The trellis subframe and new aluminum double-sided swingarm enhance stability and stress resistance, ensuring optimal control in various riding scenarios. The Multistrada V2 is equipped with a 45mm Marzocchi fork and Sachs shock, both fully adjustable, offering 6.7 inches of travel for a comfortable ride.
The electronics suite includes a new 5-inch full TFT color display, providing excellent visibility and an intuitive interface with customizable layouts. Standard features encompass cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control, wheelie control, engine brake control, and five riding modes: Sport, Touring, Urban, Enduro, and Wet. Cruise control is also standard, enhancing long-distance riding comfort.
With a claimed wet weight (without fuel) of 439 pounds, the Multistrada V2 stands as one of the lightest in its category. The seat height is adjustable between 32.7 inches and 33.5 inches, accommodating a range of rider preferences.
