Those providers may collect information about your activity on the Site and other sites over time.
9. Credit, Financing, and FCRA Notice
If you submit a finance application, request financing information, or authorize a credit check in connection with a vehicle reservation or purchase, we may collect sensitive personal information and share it with financing partners and credit reporting agencies to evaluate your application.
We may use third-party systems such as RouteOne, Dealertrack, and related lender or credit bureau networks for credit processing. A credit inquiry may appear on your credit report. The type of inquiry and its effect on your credit score depend on the product and lender involved.
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA): If you apply for credit, you may have rights under the FCRA, including the right to know whether a consumer report was obtained, the source of the report, and whether your application was approved or denied based in whole or in part on information in a consumer report. You may also have the right to receive an adverse action notice where applicable. Questions about a specific credit decision should be directed to the lender or financing partner identified in your application materials.
10. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools
We may use large language model (LLM) services, including providers such as OpenAI, to power features such as live chat assistance, content generation, inventory support tools, and internal dealership workflows. Depending on the feature, information you submit in chat or forms may be transmitted to an AI provider for processing in order to generate a response or complete a requested task.
Do not submit sensitive personal information in chat or other AI-enabled tools unless the form or workflow explicitly requires it and explains how the information will be used.
